Christian Luhnow is chairman and chief executive officer of HRE Performance Wheels. He has served as Chairman since 1993 and chief executive officer since 2006. From 2000-2006, he was a founding partner in Evercore’s (www.evercore.com) $100 million venture unit where he led investments in www.atheros.com (ATHR), www.panasas.com and www.lowermybills.com, among others. From 1998-2000 he was president and co-founder of Petstore.com. From 1994-1998, he was chief executive officer of Flightways Manufacturing before it was sold to a public company. From 1991-1993, he worked at Boston Consulting Group’s Los Angeles office.
Christian received a BA in Economics from Stanford University (1986) and an MBA from the Wharton School of Business (1991).
