HRE Performance Wheels

HRE Wheels are available in Car Town, the new auto themed game on Facebook!

We are always flattered when HRE wheels end up on television, in music videos or on a famous race car. We were blown away when Cie Games, one of the most prolific online game developers in the country, called and asked if they could include our wheel line in the new car racing/collecting game for Facebook, Car Town.

Did you ever collect Hot Wheels as a kid? Or dream of building the ultimate garage to house a collection of your dream cars? Car Town brings that simple but addictive concept to Facebook. You can have any type of car you can imagine, from classic cars and hybrids to exotic sports cars. You can use your cars to take road trips, enter virtual car shows and race against your friends. Every car can be personalized with wheels, body kits, paint, and custom graphics. There are thousands of customization options for your car and your garage so you can add your unique touch to your collection. Car Town is an officially licensed product of Chevrolet, Dodge, Ford, Honda, Mazda, McLaren, Mercedes, Nissan, Scion, Toyota, Volkswagen, and Lamborghini, and with many more licenses pending, if you don’t see the car you want, chances are you soon will!

Player’s garage space can be built to function like a mechanic’s garage, and they use work bays to perform tasks on friend’s cars to make additional money. Players can hire friends as employees to perform jobs – anything from car washes and oil changes up to more whimsical jobs like installing ejection seats. Coins and experience points grant the player access to higher-end cars and additional tasks. Car customization options range from paint, body kits, the complete line of HRE custom forged wheels, as well as user generated graphics. Players that are into racing can turn their vehicles into high-performance top speed machines ready for a flying mile or drag race. Other more casual players can collect the cars they grew up with or have always dreamed of owning.

Racing a friend is the most interactive and addictive piece to the game. The premise is simple: click the shift button before the needle hits the red; the better your timing, the higher your score. All cars have a default performance rating which is used to calculate their race score. Players can purchase performance upgrades to apply to their vehicle to boost their ratings. When a player challenges their friends to a race they can send a customized taunt via Facebook to get their friends to race them back.
As players work their way up in levels, luxury cars, money-making garage items, and the ability to hire more workers are unlocked.
