HRE is known for our concierge-like customer service and our attention to detail when it comes to the finished product. When a customer called us about making a set of wheels for his Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 and asked if he could witness the process, we were happy to open our doors and give him the full HRE Experience. Andrew M. originally bought the ZL1 as a collectible, but came to HRE to truly make this bow-tie beauty unique.
Andrew works in the technology industry by day, so making the trek from Arizona to San Diego, California was a must. The design Andrew chose for his ZL1 was our signature P40SC forged wheels in Gloss Black to compliment the Camaro Inferno Orange Metallic paint. HRE's president, Alan Peltier, lead the tour throughout the day to show everything from the initial design to FEA testing and then off to the warehouse to see his set being made.
Once the ZL1 was equipped with its new rollers, the car made its way back to Arizona to be photographed in the wild by photographer Kevin Whipps. The end result is the definition of "aggressive" and a tasteful addition to this modern muscle car.
