Petersen Automotive Museum Displays Creations N' Chrome's C10

June 27th, 2013

Created to be a functional workhorse, the pickup truck has evolved into a high profile means of personal expression. The Petersen Automotive Museum’s newest exhibition, Pickups: The Art of Utility will illustrate how vehicles with such modest and practical beginnings have matured to become everyday high-tech luxury vehicles for some and indispensable tools of the trade for others.

Gary Watson and the team at Creations N' Chrome are no strangers to HRE forged wheels as they've used HRE wheels on the last four builds to leave the shop. At SEMA 2012, the crew unveiled it's first truck build, a 1968 Chevrolet C-10 known as "Unfinished Business". This HRE-equipped GM Performance 502ci-supercharged beast was a featured vehicle at the 2012 SEMA show in the Hotchkis Suspension booth and has now been chosen as a display vehicle for the Pickups: The Art of Utility exhibit at the Petersen Automotive Museum.
